1117.23 MINOR ALTERATION TO A CONDITIONAL USE.

A minor alteration, as outlined in Section 1111.305(a), to a conditional use may be approved by the Community Development Administrator pursuant to the provisions of Section 1111.307 (Minor Construction Approval).
