1113.43 “FUTURE” WORK DISCLAIMER.

A plan showing proposed long term development is encouraged. The plan shall clearly distinguish future construction from work to be completed as part of the current approval. Areas intended for "future construction" shall include a prominent disclaimer "NOT PART OF THIS APPROVAL". The disclaimed is not required on a Concept Plan which, by its nature and purpose, is a general long range master plan.
