1113.25 VARIANCE AND ZONING SUBMITTAL.

An application for a variance from the Planning and Zoning Code, a Conditional Use, or Zoning Amendment, shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements in the applicable Chapters of the Code. (See Chapter 1119 Appeals and Variances; Chapter 1117 Conditional Use Certificate and Chapter 1121 Amendments).
