(a) This Chapter imposes the minimum requirements, provisions and information for a development plan submittal and is not intended to limit the information for thorough and proper review and approval of a particular project.
(b) The submittal shall include completed or previously approved improvements and conditions, all development construction proposed as part of the project and all information, data and plans required by other Municipal regulations.
