131.01 VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORTS; FEES.
   (a)   Any report on a motor vehicle accident made by any police officer, shall be in addition to R.C. § 5502.11, for the purposes of statistical, safety and other studies by various departments of the Municipality. The Police Chief shall furnish a copy of the report to any person requesting it, upon payment of a fee of $.05 per page. All such fees collected shall be paid into the General Fund.
   (b)   Color photographs related to motor vehicle accident reports (3" x 5", 5" x 7", 8" x 10"), when available, shall be furnished upon request at a fee equal to the City's cost to print the requested photographs.
