923.80 OTHER CONNECTION FEES.

Other fees and charges imposed pursuant to the Codified Ordinances for connection to the municipal sanitary sewer system in addition to the tap-in fee charged herein shall be applicable to the development of any parcel within the Wilson Mills Service Area (SW5).
