923.78 USE OF FEES.

Tap-in fees collected for connection to the Wilson Mills Sanitary Sewer shall be used exclusively for reimbursement of the Sewer Operating Fund from which funds were used to pay for construction of the Wilson Mills Sanitary Sewer Project, City Project 03-43, in the Wilson Mills Service Area (SW5).
