923.77 “TAP-IN FEE”; PAYMENT.
   A "tap-in fee" is imposed upon lots or parcels within the Wilson Mills Service Area (SW5) as identified in Ordinance #2602 (AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 923 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES CREATING THE WILSON MILLS SERVICE AREA (SW5) OF THE SOUTHWEST SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, A SPECIAL SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AREA; REQUIRING PROPERTY OWNERS TO CONNECT TO THE SANITARY SEWER, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY) and for lots or parcels which may hereafter be consolidated or split from the parcels listed therein whether approved pursuant to the Codified Ordinances as a Major Subdivision, Minor Subdivision, Lot Split or Planned Unit Development. The tap-in fee shall be paid on the date of application for a permit required under the Codified Ordinances to connect a structure to the sanitary sewer line.
