923.74 TIME LIMIT FOR CONNECTION.

The owner of a parcel within the Wilson Mills Service Area with a building thereon that generates sewage and which is located 200 feet or less from the Wilson Mills Road easement or right-of-way, shall install an approved connection to the Wilson Mills Sanitary Sewer in compliance with the Codified Ordinances of the City of Chardon no later than November 30, 2012.
