The Division of Streets, Cemeteries and Parks shall be responsible for the supervision, care, repair and maintenance of all streets, cemeteries and parks in the Municipality. This Division shall be responsible for the general repair, care and maintenance of all Municipal streets, avenues, alleys, lanes and storm sewers. This Division shall also have the general supervision of all cemeteries and parks in the Municipality, subject to the provisions of the Charter. This Division shall assist in the planning and preparation of all plans and drawings relating to the construction, maintenance and repair of all streets and parks under the jurisdiction of the Municipality. This Division shall perform all other duties as prescribed by the Manager.
