The Division of Water and Sewer shall be responsible for the general repair, care and maintenance of all Municipal sanitary sewers and water works. This shall include the general supervision over the well fields and wastewater treatment plant. This Division shall assist the Municipal engineer in the planning of the construction and/or repair of all water and sanitary sewer facilities in the Municipality. The superintendent shall have the general supervision over all water, wastewater and sanitary sewer employees on a day to day basis.
