923.28 USE OF FEES.

Tap-in fees collected for connection to the Hidden Glen Sanitary Sewer shall be used exclusively for reimbursement of the Sewer Operating Fund from which funds were used to pay the City's costs for the Hidden Glen Sanitary Sewer Upgrade and the Golf Course Sanitary Sewer Upgrade to serve the Hidden Glen Service Area.
