923.25 LEVY OF TAP-IN FEE.

(a) A fee shall be levied for each user connection (whether direct or indirect) within the Hidden Glen Service Area (SW2) on each parcel which is not part of the Hidden Glen PUD.

(b) A "user connection" for which a fee is levied, is a connection to the sanitary sewer of a single family residence or single tenant building, a dwelling unit in a duplex or multiple family dwelling and each tenant space in a multiple tenant building.
