129.03 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

The following divisions are hereby created under the Department of Public Service: Division of Water and Sewer; the Division of Streets, Cemeteries and Parks and the Electric Utility Division. Each Division may be headed by a superintendent.
