The Finance Director be and hereby is authorized and directed to establish a Clean Ohio Revitalization Grant Fund. All grant funds received and held by the city and subsequently disbursed for remediation and other clean-up activities of the former Chardon Rubber property shall be in accordance with the Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund Grant Agreement.
