123.18 COMPUTERIZED LEGAL RESEARCH FUND.

The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish a Computerized Legal Research Fund pursuant to an order of the Chardon Municipal Court. All funds collected by the court, deposited with and held by the City and subsequently disbursed shall be in accordance with Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A)(2).
