127.02 SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY WITHOUT BID AUTHORIZED.

Council may authorize, by ordinance, the City Manager to sell personal property of the City not needed for municipal purposes, up to an estimated value of $5,000, without bid, as required by R.C. § 721.15.
