123.13 JOHN BOHL MEMORIAL FUND.

The Finance Director is authorized and directed to establish the John Bohl Memorial Fund, pursuant to R.C. § 5705.09(F) and in which all funds collected for the renovation, restoration or reconstruction of said memorial shall be deposited.
