123.12 CHARDON PUBLIC SQUARE FUND.

The Finance Director is authorized and directed to establish a Chardon Public Square Fund, pursuant to R.C. § 5705.09(F) and in which all funds collected for the maintenance, repair or restoration of any structure or improvement on Chardon Square shall be deposited.
