(a) There is hereby created fund number 238 which shall be entitled Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
(b) Such Fund as provided for by subsection (a) hereof shall be used for deposit of the proceeds from the seizure and/or sale of forfeited contraband or seizure and sale of other goods authorized by statute, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and as thereafter amended. Such expenditures from the Fund shall be made or authorized by the Manager and such expenditures shall only be for those items as provided in R.C. § 2933.43(D) or as thereafter amended.
