123.07 ALCOHOL TREATMENT AND EDUCATION FUNDS.

   (a)   Pursuant to R.C. § 5705.09, Council does hereby establish the following funds:

      B85   Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund

      B86   Alcohol Enforcement and Education Fund.

   (b)   Pursuant to R.C. § 5705.10, all expenditures from the funds created by subsection (a) hereof will only be for the purpose for which the Fund was created which is expressed in the Fund name as set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
