123.06 D11-ISSUE 2 INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT FUND.

   (a)   Pursuant to R.C. § 5705.09, the Council does hereby establish the D11-Issue 2 Infrastructure Improvement Fund.

   (b)   Pursuant to R.C. § 5705.10, all expenditures from the Fund created by subsection (a) hereof will only be for the purpose for which the Fund was created which is expressed in the Fund name as set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
