Council does hereby set the surety bond for the office of Finance Director at two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000); for the office of Municipal Court Clerk at one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000); and there is hereby authorized a blanket bond in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per employee, who is required to be bonded by the Ohio Revised Code, Charter, Or ordinance of the City.
