The provisions of this duly adopted ordinance shall constitute the Administrative Code of the Municipality of Chardon. The Administrative Code shall implement the Charter of the Municipality of Chardon. The provisions of this ordinance shall detail the organization of the Municipal government and the powers and duties of the various units and personnel thereof. The Administrative Code as herein adopted or amended shall not be in conflict with any provision of the Charter, though all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Administrative Code may be amended at any regular or special session of Council by the adoption of an ordinance and after consultation with the Manager.
