1501.08 AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION; APPROVALS.

The authority having jurisdiction shall be the Fire Prevention Officer who shall also be the approving authority where the provisions of the code stipulate approval of, but not limited to, any materials, processes or occupancies.
