Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both. The City may also take all other legal and equitable actions to enforce conformance with this chapter. Each day of continuation of a violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
