SECTION 9.02 QUALIFICATIONS.
   Each elective officer of the Municipality shall be a qualified elector of the Municipality and shall continue to reside therein during his/her term. No member of Council shall hold any other office or employment with the Municipality, except as otherwise allowed by this Charter, nor shall any member of Council hold any other public office which is incompatible under Ohio law with the position of Council member. No member of Council shall be interested in the profits or emoluments of any contract, job, work, or service for the municipal corporation. Any contract in which any such member is or becomes interested may be declared void by the legislative authority.
   Further, any member of Council who shall cease to possess or who violates any of the qualifications of office herein provided or who is finally convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude shall forfeit his/her office. Forfeiture of office as provided herein shall not render void or shall not invalidate any action of the Council in which such member participated.
