SECTION 6.02 DEPARTMENT OF LAW

The Law Director shall be the head of the Department of Law. He/she shall be appointed by Council, a minimum of five (5) votes being necessary for appointment, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. A vote of at least five (5) members of Council is necessary for removal. The Law Director must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio.
