945.09 FREE USE TO CERTAIN MINORS.

Except for recreational programs and the use of the existing swimming pool located on land conveyed from the Board of Education, the use and enjoyment of the recreational areas and parks by the resident children of the age of 15 years of age and under shall be at all times free of charge.
