(a) The Park and Recreation Board shall monitor the maintenance and condition of the recreation areas and parks, shall cooperate with the Municipality and shall report incidents of vandalism, disorder and misbehavior occurring therein or in the vicinity thereof.
(b) The Board shall oversee the recreational areas and parks consistent to and in accordance with the terms, conditions and restrictions in the deeds from the Board of Education of the Chardon Local School District.
