All funds given or donated for the purpose of recreation areas and parks development (including the preparation of the development plans), construction, equipping, operation or maintenance of recreation areas or parks, shall be deposited in the account of the Municipality. The Finance Director of the Municipality is hereby directed to deposit such donations for park and recreation uses in the appropriate city fund account.
