(a) Whoever violates Section 941.95(a) shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 941.95(b) shall be fined not more than two hundred-fifty dollars ($250), imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days or both and ordered to make restitution, for each offense.
(c) Such fine(s) shall be paid into the Municipal Treasury and credited to the Cemetery Fund.
