931.02 CREATION OF ELECTRIC UTILITY DIVISION.

There is hereby created an Electric Utility Division within the Department of Public Service. The Director of the Department of Public Service shall have supervision over the Electric Utility Division subject to further ordinances as hereinafter may be adopted.
