929.94 MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE.

(a) Maintenance guarantees shall be required for storm sewer improvements to be dedicated to public use in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 920.94 of the Public Utilities Code.

(b) Any person, or other entity, having a storm sewer system upon their property shall properly connect same to the Municipal storm sewer system; and shall maintain said system in a safe and functional condition.
