929.74 PROHIBITED CONNECTIONS.
   (a)   Storm water discharge into any sanitary sewer shall be prohibited (see Chapter 925 (Sanitary Sewer Regulations))
 
   (b)   The discharge of sanitary sewerage, or any industrial waste, into any storm sewer is prohibited. No person shall connect any cesspool, privy vault or any other type of sanitary discharge, with any Municipal or private storm sewer.
