Where storm sewer mains are accessible, in the opinion of the Municipality, within 1000 feet of a proposed subdivision or planned unit development project said sewer mains shall be extended to the subject property, and a public storm sewer system provided thereon, for the use of all lots and/or building sites in the development project.
