(a) All storm sewer tap-ins on existing sewer mains shall be made by authorized Municipal employees only.
(b) During the construction of a new storm sewer main, the developer may install such connections for service laterals and other new sewer mains as are shown in the approved construction documents for the subject development project. The tap-in of the new sewer main, or mains, to existing mains shall be done by the Municipality in accordance with subsection (a) hereof.
