929.32 MUNICIPAL SPECIFICATIONS.

All storm sewer systems to be dedicated to public use shall be constructed in accordance with the Municipal Specifications For Storm Sewers. All private storm sewers shall be constructed in accordance with said specification unless otherwise approved, or required, by Council.
