Proposed storm sewer systems shall be planned, designed and constructed in accordance with this regulation and as required by the Land Development Regulations, Comprehensive Plan, Municipal Storm Water Drainage Plan, Municipal Standard Specifications for Storm Sewers, Geauga Soil Sediment Pollution Control Regulations, Ohio Department of Transportation Location and Design Manual Vol. Two (Drainage Design) (§§ 1101 and 1103 through 1110), accepted engineering practices and standards and such other regulations and master plans of the Municipality as may be applicable. The referenced design standards shall include such future amendments thereto as may hereafter be adopted by the promulgating agency.
