(a) The submittal of proposed storm sewer work or improvements shall be in accordance with the requirements of § 920.13
of the Public Utilities Code.
(1) When proposed sewer lines are not part of another project, the submittal shall be in accordance with the requirements for Lands For Public Use when the work will be dedicated to public use; or the requirements for single building site development when the work is for a private sewer.
(2) The Municipal engineer's review and approval shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, system design, sewer grade, location, capacity and specifications. Copies of all design calculations shall be submitted for review by, and shall be subject to the approval of, the Municipal Engineer.
(b) Record drawings for storm sewer improvements shall be required. The developer shall conform to the requirements set forth in § 920.13
of the Public Utilities Code.
