(a) A storm sewer work permit shall be required for all work within the scope of this regulation. The permit requirements shall be as set forth herein and in § 920.12
of the Public Utilities Code.
(b) Application for connection to the municipal storm sewer system shall be made upon the forms provided. The Authority Having Jurisdiction may require such additional information as is necessary to insure conformance with, or provide for the enforcement of, all applicable municipal regulations and requirements.
