929.02 OPEN DRAINAGE FACILITIES.

Open drainage facilities including, but not limited to, drainage ditches, storm water detention areas, open channel waterways and retention ponds shall be in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1153 (Grading and Surface Water Drainage Regulations).
