Contractors requiring a temporary service connection for the use of water during construction shall make application for same to the Authority having jurisdiction, or his designate. The water supply point shall be subject to the approval of the Authority having jurisdiction; and a water meter shall be installed thereon. Deposits and charges for the temporary water meter, its hookup and any water used shall be paid as required by Chapter 921
