927.79 METER CARE AND REPAIR.

All users of the water system shall protect the water meters from frost and all water users are cautioned against allowing their meters to freeze. Any meter found damaged by frost shall be repaired and the cost thereof will be charged to the property on which the meter was used. The same applies to allowing meters to be injured by hot water.
