(a) No person shall injure, break or remove any portion of any curbbox, pipe, hydrant, plug or any other part of the Municipal water system except as authorized for the purpose of making repairs or connection in accordance with these regulations.

(b) No person unless authorized by the Water Department, shall remove the cover of any curb box, or place dirt, stone or other obstruction in such boxes, or commit any act intending to obstruct the use of same.

(c) No plumber or other person shall turn the water on or off at the curb box, or allow any other person to do so, except with the permission of the Authority having jurisdiction.
(d) No person shall turn the water on or off at any fire hydrant, except with the permission of the Fire Chief or the Authority having jurisdiction.
