927.52 DEDICATION TO PUBLIC USE.

All water lines, excepting service laterals to a specific building or fee simple lot, shall be dedicated to public use. Easements for dedicated improvements shall also be provided to the Municipality in accordance with the requirements of Section 927.33 (Easements and Rights of way).
