(a) The submittal of proposed water line work or improvements shall be in accordance with the requirements of Section 920.13 of the Public Utilities Code.
(1) When proposed water lines are not a part of another project, the submittal shall be in accordance with the requirements for Lands For Public Use when the work will be dedicated to public use; or the requirements for single building site development when the work is for a private water line.
(2) The Municipal Engineer's review and approval shall include, but is not limited to, system design, depth of service, location, capacity and specifications. Copies of all design calculations shall be submitted for review by, and shall be subject to the approval of, the Municipal Engineer.
(b) Record drawings for water service improvements shall be required. The developer shall conform to the requirements set forth in Section 920.13 of the Public Utilities Code.
