Any person using water to feed water cooled equipment or steam boilers by direct pressure from the mains, is hereby requested to provide such additional storage as will enable him to tide over such times as the water supply may be shut off in an emergency. The Municipality will not be liable for any damage resulting from the necessary or accidental shutting off of the water supply.
