927.01 SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.

(a) The construction, reconstruction, alteration, extension, or excavation of any part of the municipal water system, or any connection thereto, shall be in accordance with these regulations.

(b) The terms and conditions under which the Municipality will provide water service shall be as set forth in this regulation and Chapter 921 (Water Service Charges).
