925.76 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES.
   No user shall discharge, or otherwise introduce, into the Municipal sewerage system any materials that cause interference with the Municipal wastewater treatment plant, or which will pass through said plant in such a manner as to cause, or increase, a violation of the Municipality's NPDES permit requirements. Such deleterious materials or substances shall include, but are not limited to, those set forth hereinafter. The following list shall be subject to revisions, as necessary, to meet current water quality standards imposed by State or Federal agencies.
   (a)   Any liquid or vapor having a temperature greater than 150 degree Fahrenheit.
   (b)   Any waters or wastes having a pH lower than 5.5 or higher than 9.0, or having any other corrosive property which may cause damage or hazard to structures, equipment or other appurtenances of the sewer system or to personnel.
   (c)   Any water or wastes containing emulsified oils and greases which, on laboratory analysis, is found to contain an average of fifty (50) milligrams/liter, or greater, of said oils and greases.
   (d)   Flammable and explosive substances, such as gasoline, kerosene, benzene, naphtha or other substances capable of causing flammable or explosive conditions.
   (e)   Any materials or substances which singly, or by interaction with other wastes, would create a public nuisance or may constitute a hazard to life or welfare of personnel engaged in inspection, maintenance and operation of the sewerage system.
   (f)   Any solid or viscous substance capable of causing obstruction of the flow in sewers or other interference with the proper operation of the sewerage system. Said substances shall include, but are not limited to: construction materials, ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, shavings, metal, glass, rags, feathers, tar, plastic, wood, fur and/or wax; and garbage which has not been properly shredded into particles no greater than one-half (½) inch in any dimension.
   (g)   Any liquids or waste containing toxic or poisonous substances in sufficient quantities, or rate of flow, as to injure or interfere with the sewage treatment process; to constitute a hazard to human beings or animals; or to create any hazard in the receiving waters.
   (h)   Any materials or substances which are in any way deleterious to any part of the sewerage system.
